Often when loading a game, the default codebase will return a static frozen image of the main screen before loading game elements. The loading times were a few seconds in our games, so we needed placeholder animations to keep attention, show players the game had not frozen, and inform players progress was happening. These were some of the concepts that were implemented across sites and games.
